Bagels for a cause
We are keeping things fresh with our new X Collab series of Bagels where we work with popular local industry identities and influencers or 'Darwinites' as we like to call them to bring you their favorite bagel. 10% of the proceeds of the sale of our X Collab Bagels will go to the Charity of their choice.
You could call them 'Good Karma Bagels'
This month we worked with the Amazing Rebecca Bullen and her talented Chef, Fendi Bong from Charlies of Darwin to create 'Bec's Bagel.
Fendi has cured side of sustainable New Zealand King Salmon with Bec's famous local Darwin Gin to create a delicoous Salmon Lox. Pair it with the bagel flavour of your choice, dill cream cheese schmear, tangy capers, slices of red onion and tomato.
10% of all sale proceeds will be generously donated to PAWS Darwin, a desperatley inneed volounteer base rehoming group for dogs and cats.
